I am Teresa Celestin, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Celestin MindCare, PLLC doing business as TLC Mindful Solutions. I provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

I understand the importance of timely mental health care and strive to offer appointments as soon as possible with convenient scheduling options.

My practice focuses on thoughtful, patient-centered care in a calm and respectful environment where every client feels heard, respected, and thoughtfully treated-not rushed through appointments.

With experience in nursing since 1995 across critical care, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient mental health; I approach each case with individualized, evidence-based treatment planning.

My goal is to support sustainable improvement, emotional stability, and long-term balanced wellness.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your medical care for non-emergency services.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time prior to your appointment.

Office Policies

Payments, copayments, or deductibles are due at the time of service.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Prescription refills require an active appointment and appropriate follow-up care.

Controlled medication require monitoring.

Certain medications may require monitoring such as labs, EKG, or follow-up visits when clinically indicated.

Secure communication should occur through the patient portal whenever possible.

Prescription refills should be requested through the patient portal. Please allow adequate time for processing.

TLC Mindful Solutions strives to respond to patient messages, medication refill requests, and non-urgent inquiries within 1-2 business days.
